Maurice Liu

Maurice has been with the Grupe Company since 1988 and is the Controller and Vice President of Grupe Huber Company.  

He has been involved in the development and management of multi-family and single-family residential projects as well as office, retail, and self-storage properties. Maurice has held various management positions responsible for financial analysis, accounting, financing, loan administration, and asset and property management.  

Maurice earned a bachelor of science degree at the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Children’s Museum of Stockton. He and his wife, Karin, have three children.
