Fritz Huber
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Fritz serves as Senior Vice President at Grupe Huber, where he plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth through strategic acquisitions. His focus is on identifying and executing opportunities that align with the company’s strengths, delivering above-market returns to shareholders and investors. Fritz oversees the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financing, while also contributing to the management of Grupe Huber’s diverse portfolio.
Throughout his career, Fritz has successfully led over $900 million in new acquisitions and developments, in addition to completing lease transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet. He joined Grupe Huber in 2017 after serving as Associate Director of Acquisitions at The Grupe Company, where he honed his expertise in identifying investment opportunities, managing acquisitions, and building strong investor relationships.
Prior to that, Fritz worked at Greenlaw Partners, a prominent institutional private equity firm. As an analyst and associate, he managed underwriting, due diligence, closings, and dispositions, and contributed to financing, acquisitions, leasing, and capital partner relations.
Fritz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Azusa Pacific University in 2012. He and his wife Kelsey have been married since 2017 and are proud parents to three children.
